We do our best to inform our customers. Most of our clothing have measurements to make sure that you are purchasing the proper items. We do not offer free return shipping for an exchange. We cannot do this, as a skirt purchased for $25 would leave us with no profit, so please use the measurements in each product description to make the proper purchase.
Kinderific has specific return policies for all our products, here is the quick version.
- Toys that are eligible for a 365 day money back guarantee will have our 365 day seal. This means that the item must be in its original packaging and may have to contain a Kinderific sticker. Again this will be noted on the product that you purchase. If you have a defective item, we need to be notified within 7 days of delivery. Beyond that time, we will do our best to get you a replacement from the manufacturer.
- Clothing has a return policy of 30 days. Also, we will post earlier dates on items that will need to be returned earlier. We do our best to provide you with the best possible shopping experience possible.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
- You are responsible for all shipping fees. If you received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping fees we paid to send you the item. Please note that we will not refund shipping charges that exceed our flat rate shipping of $8.95.
- Please note that with furniture, shipping fees two ways can run over $500 and in some cases even more. Please contact us if we can avoid a return. Take a look at our return policies, each item will have one in the future.

- EMAIL ADDRESSES: We send out weekly or monthly newsletters out to our lists. The difference between monthly and weekly is simple, we offer more deals and better buys to our weekly email list. We also offer more infomation such as parenting advice, tips, tricks and so much more to our weekly subscribers. Please note that all emails will contain snipets with the main content on our website.
- SPECIAL DEALS: Special deals are sent out to our list once a month, they are also OFF SITE, which means the deal will be posted at www.kinderific.com/specialpage.html and you will be able to choose the offer you want and checkout through pay pal, these are email exclusive offers and will never be available online on our regular website.
- FOLLOW US AROUND: Kinderific is everywhere you are, from Facebook to LinkedIn and TWITTER to OFFSITE websites, we offer specials and deals, which are different to all of those who follow us around the web. We will also post deals in our BLOG posts, once the deal expires we will edit the post and remove the special offer.
- DELIVERY: We do our best to have your items out within 48 hours of purchase. Our inventory is always changing, we do our best to let you know what is in our inventory, however, our store and website are not connected. We will send you a UPS or USPS tracking code once your order is ready to ship. FURNITURE can take up to three weeks to deliver. Small items like chairs, sports furniture, and other smaller items will usually ship out in 3 days.
- PRIVACY: We do not share or distribute any information we collect to anyone EVER.
- CHILDREN PRIVACY: We do our best to monitor who interacts in our KID ZONE, we will cancel any account that we feel should be terminated. If you are a parent, and your child has signed up without your permission, we will terminate the account and email you any information that was shared with the user that was improper or send it to the proper authorities.
- FORUM POLICY: We allow anyone to join our forums. If you violate our terms of use, we will terminate your account without any notice.
- CLUBS POLICY: Anyone can create a club. If you violate our terms of use, we will terminate your account without any notice.
